PAYMENT POLICY

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods: Cash, UPI, Credit/Debit Cards

Payment Structure

50% Advance Payment: To initiate the project. 50% Final Payment: Before final project delivery and access handover.

Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only if Vaishali Infoways fails to deliver the agreed-upon services due to its own fault. Refunds will not be entertained for delays or issues caused by the client. Payments for third-party services (e.g., domains and hosting) are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Payments

Payments made for domain registration, hosting, or third-party services are non-refundable under any circumstances. Payments already made for partially or fully completed work will not be refunded in case of agreement termination. Refunds are not applicable for work already completed or delays caused by the client.

Additional Charges

Additional charges apply for: Revisions beyond the two free rounds. Support services after the free 6-month period. New requirements outside the initial scope of work.
