Our services are available to clients who provide accurate information and adhere to mutually agreed-upon project requirements.

Services

We offer comprehensive solutions, including website design, development, e-commerce, branding, SEO, hosting, and domain registration.

Payment Terms

50% Advance Payment: To begin the project. 50% Final Payment: Upon project completion before delivery. Non-Refundable Payments: Payments for domains, hosting, or other third-party services are non-refundable.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available only if we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services. Refunds do not apply to domains, hosting, or other non-recoverable services.

Project Timeline and Delays

Project timelines are determined based on mutual discussions and client requirements. Delays caused by the client’s failure to provide necessary details or approvals will extend the timeline proportionally.

Termination of Agreement

Payments already made are non-refundable in case of agreement termination. No project files, data, or partially completed work will be transferred to the client after termination.

Revision Policy

Clients are entitled to up to two revisions during the project development phase. Any further revisions will incur additional charges. The third request for changes will be treated as final, and no additional revisions will be entertained.

External Factors

Vaishali Infoways will not be held responsible for issues caused by external factors, such as: Server downtime or hosting issues. Failure of third-party integrations. Changes in technology or policies by third-party service providers (e.g., domain registrars).

Support Services

Clients receive 6 months of free support post-project completion for minor updates and bug fixes. Support services beyond 6 months will be charged based on client requirements.
